The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with simple amenities but lacked some essentials like a TV and soap. The service was a mix of extremely friendly and helpful staff with an unfortunate incident of misunderstanding. The location is unbeatable for nightlife and dining in the center of Antwerp. The dining options were satisfactory but not exceptional, and the facilities were average.
The hotel was warm and clean, and the location was great. I would definitely recommend this place. The rooms were big enough and clean, providing a completely different experience. However, the value for money was not at par with expectations considering the room quality.
